  I was originally going to leave 1 star. The sizzler that I had ordered took forever. The server informed me that there was a mess up in my order in the kitchen. Then why am I leaving 4 stars? Because the food was amazing. Definitely worth the long wait. I also got a complimentary dessert in the end.

  My husband and I loved this place. The reason I say loved is because my husband passed in January this year but this was the last place we went out together for a lunch date. He always let me get a dessert no matter how much I was going to end up taking home. The food was always great and our service was wonderful. Thank you for giving is great memories.

  This place is a mess. After waiting for an hour we were finally seated. The waitress was nice and took our drink order timely. When she returned to take our order, everything went well. 45 minutes later our grandsons meal was served with no mention of where our appetizers were. 20 minutes later 2 of the 4 main orders were delivered, again, no one knew what happened to our appetizer order. 15 minutes later the third meal was delivered. My grilled chicken salad was no where to be seen. The appetizers were delivered shortly after and they we're barely room temperature. Not what we expected for soup. Finally was able to speak to a manager, who was apologetic and empathized with our situation, however, the damage was done. I was only charged for 2 of the 5 meals, but I left hungry and a total disrespect for this establishment. My wife and I visit Florence frequently as our youngest son lives in the area. I advised friends in the area of the issue and was advised that I should have avoided the restaurant to begin with. Apparently this place is known by the locals for bad service. They only make money from the passers through. Now I know.

  Ordered carryout. The gentleman who helped us was extremely kind. I had no errors with my order which is actually not typical. I like to make a lot of changes to my order so it happens to be easy to mess up but they NAILED IT! Good location with beautiful outdoor seating.

  First time there. Got there late but they still took us in. Group of 24. They cleaned up for closing while we ate. They served us as if we were there at 4pm. They close at 11 PM, but they took us in at 11pm. We were there prior but had to wait to be seated. I'm grateful for them doing that. We were allowed to order whatever we wanted.
